These terms apply to your use of tinyleverco.com and to digital products sold by Tiny Lever LLC, a Utah, USA limited liability company ("Tiny Lever", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.
What we sell
We sell downloadable software, browser extensions, web-based tools, and digital resources such as templates and guides. All products are delivered digitally. Each product page describes what it does; please read it before buying.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment and applicable taxes, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown at checkout.
License
Unless a product says otherwise, when you buy a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes (or for one business, if you buy it as a business). You may not resell, redistribute, or share the product or your license key, or remove copyright notices.
Refunds
Purchases can be refunded within 30 days. See our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use our products or site for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to interfere with the service.
Ownership
We own the products and the Tiny Lever name and logo. Your own content and data remain yours.
No warranty and limits of liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We try to make them work well, but cannot promise they will be error-free or fit every need. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms or our products. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
