Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a Tiny Lever product is not right for you, you can get your money back.
30-day refund, no questions asked
You may request a full refund of any digital product within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
- Email support@tinyleverco.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number or receipt. You can also use the order link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
- We aim to reply within 2 business days.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
After a refund
Once refunded, your license or access to that product ends, and you should stop using it.
Problems with a product
If something is broken or not working as described, contact us first. We will try to fix it, but you can always choose a refund instead within the 30 days.
