Privacy Policy
Tiny Lever LLC ("we") collects only the information needed to take orders and give support. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Orders: when you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details and payment information. It shares with us what we need to deliver the product and support you, such as your name, email, country and order details. We never see your full card number.
- Support and email: if you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Launch notifications: if you email us asking to hear about new products, we keep your address for that purpose until you ask us to remove it.
Our website
This site is plain pages with no advertising, no tracking scripts and no cookies set by us. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How we use it
To deliver products, process refunds, answer support requests, meet legal and tax obligations, and, only if you asked, tell you about launches.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate: Lemon Squeezy (payments and order records), Cloudflare (hosting), and Zoho Mail (email). We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
We keep order and support records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and accounting reasons, then delete them.
Your choices and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or stop our emails, by writing to support@tinyleverco.com. Some records, such as payment records held by Lemon Squeezy, may need to be kept to meet legal requirements.
Children
Our products and site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
